SAREMCO stands for South Asian Real Estate Management Company. It incorporated in 2007 as a public limited company. SAREMCO is a project management company in Pakistan which work as a real estate developers and promoters. They have launched some housing societies and commercial plazas in different cities of Pakistan.

SAREMCO Heights:

 


SAREMCO Heights is the first project of SAREMCO Ltd. In Lahore and they have started with a commercial plaza at Bedian Road, Lahore. Building's construction have not started yet but it is planned to start in couple of days. Well, whether it takes couple of weeks to start, but the prices might rise as they started due to their location of plaza.

 


Location:

 


SAREMCO Heights is located on Bedian Road; not more than 0.5 kilometer from Bhatta Chowk. This is a location near to Allama Iqbal International Airport (Lahore Airport) and DHA (Defense Housing Authority). DHA is expanding itself from that side of Lahore, but still Bedian Road has lot of old / traditional shops at the roads, which are hard to replace. It might change with the time, but it seems to take lot of time for it.

 


Bedian Road is considered as one of the main exit road of Lahore or if we can put it in a way that one of the Lahore's expansion is on Bedian Road. If we talk specifically about SAREMCO Heights then it is within the city and not far away on Bedian Road.

 


Land:

 


SAREMCO Heights is a commercial plaza on 4 Kanal of land. As this place is in the city, near to Bhatta Chowk, so that piece of land will be also an important place.

 


Categories:

 


In the model pictures, plaza is designed for 4 floors. Out of these four floors, three (lower ground, ground and mezzanine floor) will be dedicated for shops and the top floor for offices or apartments. However they haven't decided yet about the top floor.
