Living at Eden Lane Villas:

There is not a culture for families to live there due to non-availability of Gas and separate small society. There are less chances for socialization and non-availability of community centers and playgrounds don't attrach families to live there.

It's look shows that it is ideally designed for a couple or a short family with a single child. Room availability and design of the houses seem so small that proper Pakistani or Lahori family will not prefer to live there.

Whole society is sold out but many houses are on re-sale as many people might have bought the houses for investment purpose. Or they didn't find it good to live there.
