Eden Lane Villas:

 


Eden Lane Villas has a brought a new concept of living by presenting independent portions for the first time in Pakistan. Eden Group has analyzed the feedback of customers and turned it into a real project with the name of Eden Lane Villas.

 

Eden Lane Villas 1 & Eden Lane Villas 2:

 

Initially Eden Group started their project with the name of Eden Lane Villas but after some time they get extra space to construct houses. They construct those houses and name it as Eden Lane Villas 2.

 

So don't get confused with both societies as in different areas. They both are at the same place and those three blocks of Eden Lane Villas covered both of these Eden Lane Villas 1 and Eden Lane Villas 2.

 


Location:

 


LDA Avenue – 1 is a big name of housing society which hasn't given possession yet. It is on Raiwind Road and if we cross the Raiwind Road then straight road goes to Shaukat Khanam Memorial Cancer Hospital and Research Center. 

 


Eden Lane Villas starts from first main square of LDA Avenue – 1. Three side of square is covered with the land of Eden Lane Villas with their three different blocks A, B and C.

Electricity, Sewerage and Water Supply is available but Sui Gas isn't available there. According to news it is expected to have Sui Gas there in a month. Meanwhile people are using Gas Cylinder for using gas.

Round the Clock Security:

It is a small housing society which is easy to secure by number of guards available at each gate.


Parks:

There are parks in block A and B. C block is rather smaller than other two so there's ain't any place for park. A and B block has park in center of the housing society which creates a good environment for the residencies to freshen up.


Mosque:


Beautiful mosque is constructed and active in Eden Lane Villas which has enough space for the residencies of the society.


Multiple Access to the Society:


One has the way from LDA Avenue – 1. Or there is also another way direct from Raiwind Road which will come to Eden Lane Villas by passing through Sher Shah Colony.


Transfer:


If anyone wishes to buy a house there, then there is only transfer fee implemented by Eden Lane Villas which is Rs. 10,000/- for any category one chosses.

 

Living at Eden Lane Villas:


There is not a culture for families to live there due to non-availability of Gas and separate small society. There are less chances for socialization and non-availability of community centers and playgrounds don't attrach families to live there.


It's look shows that it is ideally designed for a couple or a short family with a single child. Room availability and design of the houses seem so small that proper Pakistani or Lahori family will not prefer to live there.


Whole society is sold out but many houses are on re-sale as many people might have bought the houses for investment purpose. Or they didn't find it good to live there. It might become a very attractive society for families as LDA Avenue – 1 start giving possession and people start living there. That would attract many people to live in Eden Lane Villas too.


At the moment most of the houses are available on rent and those houses are rented out to students studying in the universities nearby. Raiwind Road has many universities around so it has become an ideal place for students. Further students also don't need much arrangement of Gas as they eat out mostly.
