Acro Developers:

Acro Developers incorporated in 2003 which promote a prominent industrial group of Pakistan known as “The Aslam Group”. The group has to its credit of manufacturing the world’s No. 1 soft drink, operating gining mills, textile mills, plastic crates manufacturing, operating a fruit juice plant and agricultural lands. Acro Developers has not launched much projects yet. They have taken a gradual start but seems to be of quality.

Acro Developers Projects:

Acro Developers have actually launched four projects in total. But out of these four projects, two projects are smaller one; which are part of big projects. Find below the name of projects.

Acro Greens:

There is no need to discuss Bankers Avenue Co-operative Housing Society because that society is launched for the employees of Bank of Punjab. Acro Developers have signed to contract with Bank Of Punjab to provide them a housing society for their employees. So that part of housing society is sold to the employees.

Bigger part of the society covers Bankers Avenue Co-operative housing society; however few blocks of the society is named as Acro Greens which is available for everyone to purchase. Find below it’s complete detail

Location:

It is situated on Baidian Road, 4.5 km from DHA Phase 5. Surroundings of the society is not as developed as society is, however many housing society are moving to that part to launch their projects.

Land:

Complete society is not on a big piece of land. It is 2700 kanal in which they provide many categories of plots. Find below their all categories.

Categories:

Right now they are offering below categories of plots. However they have planned to construct houses on B-block. So they are not selling B-block anymore and planning to launch construction project later.

Payment Plan:

Below is the payment plan for any category of plot according to percentage:

On Booking: 25%

28 Installments: 1.25% (First Eleven, then thirteen to twenty three, then twenty five to thirtieth installment)

2 Installments: 20% (Twelfth installment and twenty fourth installment)

On Possession: Rs. 25,000/- per marla as development charges.

Possession:

If one decide to pay 50% in advance then society will give the possession within four months.

Those employees of Bank of Punjab to whom plots are already allotted will be given possession within two months.
